Our contributions include results from Viewpoint Organisation funded research projects conducted by different university-based researchers and local authorities. The conference contributions aim to enhance the understanding of children’s subjective perspectives and give critical insights into differences between adult and children’s views.
The topics include the meaningful participation of children in child protection and decision-making processes, child-centred placement settings and individual arrangements.
A particular advantage of this event is that it will be possible to watch all the video presentations at times convenient to participants. The conference is in early September this year, but the video resources will remain accessible for at least a year afterwards. Colleagues in training or policy may also be interested.
